We have reinterpreted the famous Neapolitan Pastiera in a modern key, creating small morsels that contain, inside a delicate crunchy breading, the unique and unmistakable flavor of one of the most appreciated and well-known Neapolitan recipes in Italy and abroad: a delicious cream with ricotta to which previously boiled wheat, sugar, candied orange peel and essence of orange blossom are added.
