Our Petit Bonet is a new version of an old, traditional recipe of Piedmont, Italy. This new “sweet finger food” is a delicious cocoa cream cube, with crunchy amaretti crumble (typical Italian almond cookies) and rum. The delicious mix on the inside and the light, crispy breading on the outside make it an irresistible treat that will leave you wanting more. Its unique, sophisticated taste will be enhanced by red currant and caramel topping, or you may prefer to let it cool down a little and serve it with whipped cream and chocolate or black cherry topping.
