Pasta al Pesto Nuggets

Pesto souce, which was born around the first half of the ninetheenth century, has achieved great popularity not only in Italy but also in the rest of the world, thanks to the crews of merchant or passenger ships that set sail from the port of Genoa for distant destinations. Few ingredients characterize it and all easily recognizable: basil, garlic, pine nuts, olive oil, and pecorino cheese. In its new shape, it inevitably enters Street Food, aperitif snacks and as a starter in a Pizzeria/Restaurant.
