=ur nuggets are inspired by this famous and appetizing recipe that was born in the city of Amatrice around 1.800 but it finds a wider diffusion thanks to a Roman Chef who served it at the court of Pope Pius VII. Few ingredients but tasty :pasta, tomato, bacon, pecorino cheese and pepper . Its flavour strikes and is not forgotten!
